Shipping Information

  • Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and takes 1-3 days for delivery.  Actual cost depends on how many bags you purchase. A single bag is only $6.80 anywhere in the US.

  • If you are outside the US please select the correct shipping option for your location. 
  • If you are purchasing more than 3 cases, please email us directly at sales@bioshotbb.com and we can give you better shipping options.
  • If we find a less expensive method of shipping we will use that carrier and refund you the difference to the payment method you used with your order.

  • Currently we will ship to most all Countries. BioShot is not responsible for any Customs seizures.  Any order sent that is returned by Customs will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and that order will then be canceled.  If an order is returned but we do not receive the returned package, no refunds will be issued. All orders being shipped to outside of the USA are the customer's responsibility.


ATTENTION Dealers:  If you are purchasing more than 3 cases of bbs please contact us directly.  We can offer special shipping prices.  Otherwise please choose the least expensive shipping method.  We offer both UPS and USPS to give you multiple options.

 

Return Policy

At BioShot we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  If you placed an order with BioShotbb.com and were sent the incorrect item(s) we would be happy to resolve this issue.  Please contact us with what you ordered and what you received and we will send out a return shipping label at no cost to you.  Simply put this return label on the box being returned and drop it off at a certified USPS store.  Once we receive your return, we will send out the correct items.  Again at no extra charge to you.  

Make sure the items you are returning have not been opened.  If we receive a return from you and the bb bag(s) have been opened, the return will not be honored and the package will be returned to you.  A return will only be honored if the items shipped to you differ from what is on your original online receipt.
